You have bought the planner. You have done the 5am week. You have had a Sunday night where you decided this time was different — and a Thursday where work ate the evening and you could not remember what you had decided.
You wrote a goal, not a rule
A goal is something you argue with every morning — and you always win. A rule doesn't argue back.
Nobody was asking
No plan in the morning. No question at night. A day slips and nobody notices.
The app only counted days
A streak counter notifies you. It never reads your answers, and it never changes tomorrow's plan.
Nobody quits on purpose. You quit on day four because nothing was there to ask.
So we built the thing that asks. It plans the day with you, changes the plan when the day changes, and sits down with you at night.
Morning: you build the day together — his questions, your rules. When the day breaks at two in the afternoon, you tell him and he rebuilds what is left of it. Evening: what held, what didn't, what changes tomorrow.
Say it, don't type it
Action Center.
Speak it and it comes back as lists, tasks and a plan. Your coach fills them in, you execute.
Thirty days later
Evidence, not a feeling.
Sleep, energy, focus, execution — logged day by day. You stop guessing whether any of it is working.
After hours
At night he stops being your manager.
The morning coach plans. The night one asks the other question — what you are actually carrying, the thing that never makes it onto a list. Nobody expects that part when they buy this. It is the part people keep past day thirty.
One payment · no subscription · the coach stops itself on day 31
The seven days
What you work through before the coach starts.
Day 1See your triggers clearly
Day 2Eliminate excuses
Day 3Celebrate small wins
Day 4Become consistent
Day 5The environment lock
Day 6Master your energy
Day 7Reflection
The obvious question
“Couldn't I just use ChatGPT?”
It goes first
You won't open a chat at 6am on day twelve to ask for a plan. This one shows up with it.
It knows what you wrote
Not a blank page every time. It works from the week you spent answering questions about your own life.
It's built to disagree
An assistant is trained to be pleasant. You can talk it into anything — and on the day it matters, you will.
It keeps score
A record you can look at, not a conversation you forget.
The free version already exists. Count the times it got you out of bed.
After finishing
What people said.
RRyan
Honestly wasn't expecting much. It only lets you do one day at a time and that bugged me at first — turned out that's the whole point. A few things clicked that week that I'd been avoiding for years.
AAshley
It's the everyday use that got me. It calls me out when I'm going easy on myself. I've had a lot of days where I got way more done than I planned to.
DDaniel
I always figured I was just lazy. Turns out I never had a method. And it doesn't talk down to you — half the stuff I thought was only me is apparently pretty normal.
JJessica
I need something guiding me or I drift. This is the first thing that kept me on one track long enough to actually get somewhere.
AAndrew
Nobody around me is building anything, so having something on my phone that answers straight and pushes back is new for me. It's changed how I think about a lot of things.
MMichael
No fluff, and it doesn't let you off the hook. That was the push I needed.

Finish the seven days. If the coach then isn't for you, keep the course and we send the $20 difference back — one email, within 10 days.
After day 31 the coach stops on its own. One tap buys another thirty days for $15 — never automatic.
No. You pay once and that card is never charged again unless you tap something yourself. On day 31 the coach switches off — not “we bill you unless you cancel”, it just stops. Want to keep it? $15 a month, one tap, and each tap buys the next 30 days.
Is this just ChatGPT with a prompt?
The coach runs on a language model and we won't pretend otherwise. The difference is what's around it: a week that gets your life on paper first, a coach that works from those answers, and a schedule that comes to you instead of waiting. You could build a version yourself. Most people don't, and the ones who do stop by day five.
What happens if I do nothing on day 31?
Nothing. The coach goes quiet, your card is never touched, and the course and all thirty days stay in your account.
How much time a day?
About fifteen minutes for the first week. After that a short morning plan and a short evening review — a few minutes each.
Where do I start?
Everyone begins with the 7-Day Foundation. Your answers from that week are what the coach reads. After that it knows you, and the real work starts.
What if the coach isn't for me?
Finish the seven days inside the app — checked in and filled out. If the coach then isn't for you, email info@resetdiscipline.com within 10 days of buying. You keep the seven-day course, and we send back the $20 difference between the two products, less the payment processor's fee, which we don't get back either.
The 7-Day Reset bought on its own opens immediately and is not refundable — you have the whole course the moment you pay for it.
Who is it for?
People who work, who have tried to get disciplined before, and who quit somewhere in week one — probably more than once. If you already run a clean week without help, this has nothing for you.
How do I get access?
You're in the second you check out. Your account is created automatically — choose a password and start.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, any time in the app. You pay the $20 difference and nothing more. Everything you completed stays.
